TANDING CHAIR YOGA

Registration required. Fee: $49 (7 classes)
Gentle yoga that will help increase balance, strength and a sense of well-being and calm.
We integrate breath work with gentle stretches without the stress of having to get up and down off the floor. Please bring a yoga mat and a small blanket or towel. Instructor: Judy Arnone
