WALK 15/ LOW IMPACT AEROBICS Spring 2023

Thursdays, May 25-June 22. Registration required. $35 non-refundable

We are making up the missed classes on the following dates. Please note the classes are at a later time.
Thursday, June 29, 11:00am-12:00pm (Make-up for Thursday, June 8)
Thursday, July 6, 11:00am-12:00pm (Make-up for Thursdays, June 15)

Keep Fit, Get Fit with this class, designed to keep adults moving while building strength and endurance.  Increased balance, agility, functional power, and weight loss, are just some of the benefits gained from these workouts! 

Cover 3K or 3.5 miles in 60 minutes, while having fun to great music.  All fitness levels welcome.   Basic walking steps are used for a cardio/aerobics workout. Beginners welcome.
