WALK 15/ LOW IMPACT AEROBICS Session 2 - Nov. 3-Dec. 8, 9:30am (no class Nov 24)
Keep Fit, Get Fit with this class, designed to keep adults moving while building strength and endurance. Increased balance, agility, functional power, and weight loss, are just some of the benefits gained from these workouts!
Cover 3K or 3.5 miles in 60 minutes, while having fun to great music. All fitness levels welcome. Basic walking steps are used for a cardio/aerobics workout. Beginners welcome.
