The Mill Road Preserve is a 27-acre parcel owned and maintained by the Town of Southold and located one quarter mile south of The Old Mill Inn. The trailhead and parking lot are on the east side of West Mill Road in Mattituck.

Do you enjoy writing fiction, non-fiction, and/or poetry? Meet with other amateur writers for inspiration, motivation, and thoughtful critique. This peer-led group, provides informal guidelines for timed readings and constructive comments.

Join Ms. Mignon at the beautiful Browder's Birds Farm in Mattituck for a unique storytime experience. This is a livestock farm that raises poultry, turkeys, ducks and sheep. Also, meet the new animals, French Toulouse Geese and Dexter Cattle.

Join Ms.Mignon for Books & Bagels Book Discussion. The book to be discussed will be Max & the Midnights Tower of Time by Lincoln Pierce. Everyone’s favorite knight-in-training is back…to back!

Join Ms. Mignon for Lego with a Twist. Build Lego creations, try a Lego maze of play Lego games. Your creation will be on display in the library for two weeks.

For families. Please register each family member. Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver. The movie for this date will be DC League of Super Pets.

Join Ms. Mignon for our first ever Fuzzy Slippers Storytime! Pick your favorite books, play movie bingo, bring your pillow for pillow fights, laugh with Twister, enjoy our donuts and milk bar and make Beautiful Fuzzy Slippers.
