Event Details

Meet Roz, our Elementary Age Kids Yoga Instructor. Having over 10 years of experience in yoga and dance for children, Roz offers a high energy class offering yoga poses, mindfulness, challenging postures and yoga games. The children will learn to connect with their bodies, breathe and learn to have confidence in themselves and the world around them. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
