Reverse the effects of anxiety and stress. Experience Guided Qigong Meditation, including Breathing Techniques, sitting and standing meditations, Tai Chi/Qigong Self-Healing, stress and anxiety reducing meditations and much more. No experience necessary. Instructor: Dr. Marilyn LoPresti, Master Tai Chi Qigong Instructor.
