Let's celebrate Chinese New Year, the year of the Tiger, (Feb. 1, 2022) by making almond cookies. We will also learn about the traditions of celebrating the Chinese New Year such as colorful decorations, fireworks, cultural food and the giving of red envelopes and other gifts.
