Registration required. Fee: $10 each session Classes are non-refundable.

Experience a wellness session for the whole self, led by a NY state-licensed physical therapist. The session will consist of exercises designed to prevent neck, back, knee, hip, and ankle pain. Meditation and guided imagery will be utilized as well. People of all ages and experience levels are welcome. Fee includes a copy of the instructor's book Recovering My True Self.   Attend one or all sessions. Instructor: Dr. Melissa Mayer, DPT
