Explore the local history of Long Island’s Cranberry Industry at this visit to the wilds of Suffolk County’s Cranberry Bog Nature Preserve. Led by naturalist John Turner of Peconic Land Trust, you’ll explore what was, at one time, the largest cranberry farm on Long Island, the Woodhull Bog. Meet at preserve: 3815 Lake Ave, Riverhead.
