Event Details

Life changing decisions are often made without enough information, especially when it comes to college.  The questions are many, the answers not always clear cut. First off, to go or not to go? Is college worth it? What makes a particular college right for you but not for someone else? How important is cost, size, location, range of majors, and campus life? How does the application process work? How can you increase the choices available to you?  Who decides what, when? Join us to learn how to get started on finding a right college for you.  Facilitator: Bob McCaughey - Professor of History Emeritus, Barnard College and Columbia University, 36-year resident of the North Fork.
