Join Ms. Mignon to celebrate this day of Mexican culture and heritage! Make a Mexican Paper Star Craft and enjoy a pop-up storytime reading cultural favorite picture books, How to fold a Taco, by Naibe Reynoso; Maria Had a Little Llama, by Maria Tenia and Churro Stand, by Karina Gonzalez. There is no registration for this event. This will be offered during the hours of 12:00-8:00pm.
