Join Kristen Goodwin, Certified Lactation Counselor, for a breastfeeding basics class. Learn about the benefits and mechanics of breastfeeding, including the 3 stages of milk production, latching, positioning, and much more. Mothers are welcome to bring their babies with them (no siblings/other children allowed).
