Event Details

Each year, about 255,000 women and 2,700 men in the U.S. are diagnosed with breast cancer. Lea Baer, MD, a Medical Oncologist who specializes in the treatment of breast cancer, will speak about the risk factors, warning signs, and treatment options that are available to patients diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr. Baer practices at the Stony Brook Cancer Center and she will answer questions after her lecture. Program sponsored by Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.
