Meet Roz, our Elementary Age Kids Yoga Instructor. Having over 10 years of experience in yoga and dance for children, Roz offers a high energy class offering yoga poses, mindfulness, challenging postures and yoga games.

Join Ms. Christine for a storytime filled with songs, simple stories and bouncing rhymes for babies who are not yet walking. Babies will sit on their parent/caregiver’s lap throughout the program.

Listen to Summer-theme books while bending, stretching, balancing and learning basic yoga poses correlating with the story. Learn the benefits of yoga for the young developing child. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. 

Join this special story presentation by James Cierro and his LIVE GUINEA PIGS who will act out The Three Billy Goats Gruff. A meet and greet to follow.
