Special Event - Back by popular demand, Michael Affatato, from the Village Cheese Shop, will offer an exclusive wine cheese tasting. He will discuss how to serve different cheeses and meats paired with wines from around the world. Cheese offerings will include Fromage d’Affinois, Pecorino Tartufo, Honey Bee Goat Gouda Stilton, paired with Jean Nodet red Bordeaux, France.
