STANDING CHAIR YOGA
Session 2: Fridays, April 10 - June 26, 11:00am. (no class June 5, 19)
Registration required. Fee: $70 per session (10 classes each)
Participants will learn and practice simple yoga exercises in a way that is safe, easy and gentle for all bodies. Yoga exercises will be done sitting in chairs and/or using chairs for support while standing and balancing. Strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, reduce stress and more. Beginning and experienced students are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water to each class. Instructor: Dalia Gorman
